Class Description: Keeping the YogaWorks Method, come escape from your day and enjoy the tranquility of ivetteyoga Candlelight Class. The class blends stretching, gentle movements and restorative poses with a focus on relaxing into the deepest layers of the body to return you to a place of release, surrender and calm. Take in the aromatherapy oils combine with some Reiki energy techniques to make this a deeper healing practice. ALL levels are welcome. No Experience needed; just come, wear comfy clothing and enjoy the benefits of letting go. Melt the day away with the simplicity and beauty of this gentle soft yoga practice.

 

 

YOGA FOR CANCER SURVIVORS CLASSES AVAILABLE HERE

Class Description: Whether you’re longtime cancer survivor or currently in treatment, Yoga for Survivors is a great way to live more comfortably in your body when you have been diagnosed with cancer. Practice at your own pace; this class is as gentle or challenging as you make it. You do not have to be experienced, coordinated or feel good to come to class. Just come!

1-on-1 sessions are also available, including post-chemo home visits and hospital visits.
